The 3-in-1 Solar Robot Kit is great edutainment for ages 10 to infinity and beyond – not only do you have the challenge of putting it together (there are 70-ish pieces), you’ll also learn a little more about solar power along the way and also get to choose then chop and change its form from Robot to Tank to Scorpion!
All they need is sunlight and you can watch your robot friends twist and move. If the weather’s looking overcast or you’re locked in an office without any natural light (and barely enough oxygen, you poor drone), your 3-in-1 Solar Robot will function under a nice bright light globe...it’s not quite as eco-friendly as the completely free and renewable rays of the sun, but hey, something’s got to keep you going until 5 o’clock.
It's as much fun putting together as it is playing with them and soon you’ll be wanting to name them – you could consider Robotron or UV-Man, SPF the solar scorpion, or “Third Degree – the tank that burns daylight”. We’d love to hear (and possibly steal) the names you come up with!
